THE POWER OF YOUR STORY: Join Ginny Mikita, Sunday mornings, 9:00 AM, April 21 through June 2, as she leads "The Power of Your Story," a DVD-based study that invites us to step into God's story by discovering the ongoing narrative of God's Word in our lives.

ENHANCE FITNESS

Enhance Fitness is a class at COUMC Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00-11:00 AM.  Anyone from the community is welcome!  This is a "home grown" event, patterned after the class started by the YMCA for the past two years.  It includes low impact cardio vascular exercises, with strength and agility training, aimed toward keeping fitness into maturity.

WEEKLY BIBLE STUDY

Every Monday morning, Pastor Robert Eckert leads a Bible study following Enhance Fitness at 11:15. (At COUMC you can give your spirit, mind, and body a workout at least three times a week!) This is a loosely structured, open discussion group that centers each week on the texts for the following Sunday. All are welcome at any time.
